When you book any auto service with Now Mechanics, all parts and services (except inspections and diagnostics) should be free from defects. This means the parts should work as expected under normal conditions and the service should be done with care and skill. Any part the Mechanic uses should be new and compatible with your vehicle.

Conditions of the Warranty:

1. This warranty doesn’t cover inspections or diagnostic services. These are based on your car’s condition when the service is performed.

2. If you use parts you’ve supplied (or got from someone else), the warranty won’t cover those services.

3. In some cases, you can agree with the Mechanic that the warranty won’t apply, like when using second-hand parts if new ones aren’t available.

4. This warranty is a basic promise, but the Mechanic can offer more if they want.

5. Each Mechanic can set their own rules for warranty claims. Typically, they’ll need a chance to fix any issues in a reasonable time. You should follow the car maker’s instructions, stick to the recommended service schedule, and heed any advice or warnings from your Mechanic. Also, make sure your car doesn’t face extreme conditions or unnecessary wear and tear.
